The service

Unlimited Radio Hosting provides the technical tools needed to create and operate an online radio station, replacing a conventional combination of broadcast hardware, software and operations with web-based services.

We may add, change, remove, suspend or discontinue any element of the website or services. We may also limit access to part or all of the service when reasonably required for maintenance, security, legal compliance or the continued operation of the platform.

Registration and your account

You must register and create an account to become a station owner. Information provided during registration must be true and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your username and password confidential.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred or assigned. You should restrict access to any device that can open a password-protected part of the service.

Acceptable use and user content

You must use the website and services lawfully and comply with applicable national and international legislation. You are responsible for anything you upload, post, submit or transmit.

You must not use the service to publish or distribute content that:

• is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing, pornographic or unlawfully invades another person’s privacy;
• infringes copyright, trade marks, patents, trade secrets or any other third-party right;
• contains malware, viruses, corrupted data or other harmful files;
• encourages unlawful activity, bypasses technical protection, sends spam or disrupts the service;
• links to illegal or infringing material; or
• uses protected recordings or other material without the required permissions.

We may remove content or restrict an account where we reasonably believe these terms or the acceptable-use requirements have been breached. We do not undertake to monitor all user content and are not responsible for material originating from users.

Broadcasting rights and licences

Station owners control and produce their programmes. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining every music, recording, performance, copyright or other licence required for your broadcast and territory. A music licence is not included with a hosting subscription.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to stream or otherwise communicate your content to the public. You agree to indemnify Unlimited Radio Hosting against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you provide, your breach of these terms or your violation of another party’s rights.

Fees, payment and renewals

Subscription fees are shown on the relevant order page and are payable in advance. VAT may be applied depending on location. Any extra use beyond a plan allowance may be charged at the stated rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period selected at registration unless cancelled before renewal. We may change prices for future renewal periods; a new price does not alter a period that has already been paid.

Payments are processed by independent payment providers. Unlimited Radio Hosting does not store the full card number or card security code entered on a payment provider’s secure page.

You may cancel from the billing area at any time. Cancellation should be completed before the next renewal date. Once a renewal has started a new service period, that renewal is not refundable under the current policy.

Service availability and third-party links

We aim to provide a stable, secure service, but do not guarantee that every function will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Maintenance, supplier failures and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability.

Links to third-party websites are supplied for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and accept no responsibility for loss arising from use of an external site.

Intellectual property

The website, software, brand, logos, designs, graphics, text and other platform materials belong to Unlimited Radio Hosting or its licensors. No right to copy, sell, redistribute, modify, publish or create derivative works is granted except where expressly agreed.

Copyright or intellectual-property complaints should be sent to office@unlimitedradiohosting.com with enough detail to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material and the complainant.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where a user breaches these terms, misuses the service, fails to pay amounts due, presents a security or legal risk, or where continuing service is not reasonably possible. We reserve the right to refuse service where lawful to do so.

If part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force. Rights may be transferred as part of a lawful transfer of the service or business.
